How to Purchase Raffle Tickets

Raffle tickets are sold individually for $10 or in groups of 6 for $50.
You may purchase tickets by printing out the raffle order form below and mailing with a check made payable to DYAO to:

The raffle drawing will take place May 7, 2006 at 3 pm at the Painted Violin Carnival held at the Walnut Foundry.
You need not be present to win.
